The Plumbing, Heating, Cooling Contractors of Nevada is dedicated to the promotion, advancement, education and training of the industry for the protection of our environment and the health, safety and comfort of our citizens.
The Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors of Nevada (PHCC of NV) was organized in 1980 and remains a vital organization which educates supports, promotes, and renders assistance to the PHCC industry of Nevada. PHCC of NV was chartered by the Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors – National Association (PHCC-NA) on November 13, 1990.
When you join PHCC of Nevada, you also become a member of the PHCC-NA, one of the nation’s oldest and largest trade associations and Associated Builders & Contractors of Nevada. Benefits of membership include the weekly publication FYI-ASAP, the members forum listserve, a national convention and trade show, the PHCC West Conference, local membership luncheons, the annual Plumbing Heating Cooling Contractors of Nevada Chili Cook-off, Plumbing Olympics and Family Picnic, the annual Contractor’s Night and in education the medical gas certification program, the journeyman exam prep course, the accredited Plumbing Apprenticeship Program, backflow prevention, blueprint reading, OSHA 10 & 30, CPR/first aid, fall protection, foreman/superintendent training, service and repair training program – coming soon.
PHCC of Nevada is governed by a 9-member Board of Directors elected by the membership at the annual meeting in November. The board hires the executive director who in turn hires and manages the staff. The board establishes all policies for PHCC Nevada. |
OSHA 10 & 30 Training Class Scheduled at PHCC
Our next OSHA 10/30 class will be held here at PHCC of Nevada January 15, 16 & 18 (Friday, Saturday and Monday) from 7 AM to 5 PM all three days. As before, the first day is for everyone and will fulfill the OSHA 10
requirements. The second and third days are for those who continue on for the OSHA 30. If you already have the OSHA 10 and wish to move up to the OSHA 30, you only
need attend days 2 and 3.

Job Applications
The plumbing heating cooling contractors in Nevada have various positions available for all levels of plumbers and access to a state approved apprenticeship program. If you are interested in applying for a position with a PHCC Nevada member, you can do so by filling out the online employment application by clicking here. Your application will be sent to all PHCC of Nevada members that are currently accepting applications for employment. All applications will then be destroyed and PHCC of Nevada will not keep them on file. All PHCC of Nevada firms are individually owned and operated. There is no charge to applicants nor does PHCC of Nevada charge a referral fee for the services provided on this web site.
PHCC of Nevada is not an employment agency. PHCC of Nevada neither charges nor accepts fees for disseminating applications, and by submitting an application, applicant specifically authorizes PHCC of Nevada to distribute their application to PHCC of Nevada members.
